PRODUCT REFERENCE: AS1170

AS1170TL is a UV cured thick acrylic bonding transfer tape coated onto a polyethylene release liner. The product is translucent (milky). It can be used on a wide variety of substrates including most metals, glass as well as many plastics.

Applications

  • Area of application : commercial signage manufacturing (PMMA and coloured PC) ; furniture panels, glass cabinets ; trim attachment (partition wall systems, decorative glazing trims); graphics mounting.
  • Used for application where substrate colour matching property is required.

  • Service temperature: -30? to +120? continuous, and to +180°C peak (maximum duration 1 hour).

  • High thickness makes AS1170TL suitable to bond rough or uneven surfaces
  • Excellent shear resistance even at high temperature
