Scapa Vapour Kontrol 2 is an SD 2 (Diffusion-equivalent air-layer thickness equivalent to 2M) airtight, highly diffusive and very sturdy vapour barrier for roof extensions in accordance with the latest EnEV guidelines. Vapour Kontrol 2 is used in constructions where a permeable vapour barrier is required and is able to be utilised in new build and renovated roofs

Applications

  • Scapa Vapour Kontrol 2 is used in constructions where a vapour barrier allowing diffusion is required and is used in new constructions as well as renovations.

  • Its moisture-regulating properties promote the drying-out of a thermally-insulated roof spaces in summer as well as protecting from condensation in winter

  • 3 months resistance to UV and exposure to bad weather for easy insulation from the exterior
